DESCRIPTION:Parthenope is a modular\, two-step installer for the FreeBSD op
 erating system\, written primarily in Lua. The installation process is div
 ided into two phases:\n\n - In the first step\, configuration files and in
 stallation commands are generated using a variety of interactive interface
 s.\n - In the second step\, the actual system installation is executed bas
 ed on the previously created files.\n\nThe project is simple\, extensible\
 , and designed to be flexible. It currently supports multiple frontends\, 
 languages\, installation modes ("Auto"\, "Easy"\, and "Expert")\, interact
 ive levels\, and logging options.\n\nParthenope began as a personal projec
 t to answer a simple question: "_What features would I want when installin
 g FreeBSD on my laptop?_" It has since evolved into an open source tool th
 at anyone can use\, adapt\, or extend to meet their own requirements.\n\nT
 his talk will feature numerous screenshots and practical examples\, coveri
