DESCRIPTION:Over the past several months I've been working on improving the
  support for FreeBSD in the OpenJDK project\, as well as setting up infras
 tructure for building and testing the FreeBSD OpenJDK port. All sponsored 
 by The FreeBSD Foundation.\n\nThe work has involved closely working with t
 he upstream OpenJDK project\, fiddling with arcane configure scripts\, unf
 amiliar CPU architectures and learning a lot about the internals – both 
 of OpenJDK and FreeBSD (and other BSD's as well.)\n\nIn this presentation 
 I will give a quick overview and status on where the project stands at thi
 s time\, what the road ahead looks like\, and talk about the process\, and
  what I've learned along the way.
